HERITAGE JEWELLERY

Sarkar

Positioning Sarkar as a heritage luxury jewellery experience.

THE CHALLENGE

91 years of artistry. Invisible to the world.

Sarkar Jewellers had spent nearly a century building one of the most distinguished collections of heritage, vintage, and bridal jewellery in the region — over 2,000 pieces carrying stories of generations. Yet outside their loyal circle, they remained largely unknown.

No brand language. No visual identity. No presence in the spaces where discerning buyers were making decisions. The opportunity was clear: an imminent new store launch created the perfect window for a comprehensive repositioning — not a refresh, but a full-scale brand transformation.

STRATEGIC DIRECTION

Luxury is not created. It is revealed.

Our strategy was to excavate the brand's authentic heritage and build a living visual and experiential identity around it — one that could command attention at every touchpoint, from a highway hoarding to a campaign shoot. The new store launch became the launchpad for an entirely new brand chapter.

Identity & Narrative

Establishing the brand's voice, visual language, and collection storytelling framework — giving each piece a provenance and a name.

Presence & Launch

Engineering a new store launch that functioned as a cultural moment — celebrity partnerships, outdoor, and radio working in concert.

Reach & Conversion

Translating brand awareness into measured footfall and clientele acquisition through targeted print, digital, and experiential channels.

Launch & Brand Activation

A store opening engineered to be unforgettable.

No brand language. No visual identity. No presence in the spaces where discerning buyers were making decisions. The opportunity was clear: an imminent new store launch created the perfect window for a comprehensive repositioning — not a refresh, but a full-scale brand transformation.

Outdoor, Print & Media

Presence at scale across the city.

Outdoor hoardings were placed strategically across high-visibility routes — designed to intercept premium buyers at the right moment, in the right mindset. Newspaper advertising introduced the collection to a discerning readership, running launch announcements and sale previews in formats that felt elevated, not promotional.

Brand Identity & Collection Narrative

Every collection, a story. Every counter, a world.

We named and narrated each of Sarkar Jewellers' collections — translating 91 years of craft into a coherent, beautifully articulated brand architecture. Collection name plates for in-store counters were designed as retail elements in their own right. Each collection story gave sales staff a language and gave customers a reason to linger.
